GK Software Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a Senior Consultant. The full time position is based in Melbourne.
Key tasks and responsibilities:
Guide Customers by analysing their current business processes, identifying key business needs.
Analysing and drafting business solutions / plans for leading retailers in the Omnichannel context, in particular POS, mobile touchpoints, and store goods management.
Producing estimates for the proposed solutions.




Advising our customers on the introduction of the GK standard software into their business models.
Requirements engineering - Preparation of system specifications and requirements for implementation in close coordination with customers.
Taking responsibility for deploying functional software, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system.
Configuring the systems for customers.
Support the customer in the preparation to go live, quality assurance and key user training.
Contact person for our customers regarding all functional topics.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
At least 7 years of experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of GK Software specific software products.
Experience in respect of system analysis, design and configuration of software for customer needs.
Experience producing T-Shirt and FINE estimates for projects.
Knowledge of system design including networks and hardware configurations.
