Senior Creative Specialist (Photographer/Videographer)
The Role & What We Offer:
Patorama Studios is looking for a full-time Photographer/Videographer to join our team, creating photos, videos, virtual tours, drone footage, and social content for the real estate industry across the Australian Capital Region and NSW. This is a genuine long-term career opportunity with a growing, established company.
$75,000 – $90,000 per year + Super (for the right person)
Fortnightly fuel allowance for travel to jobs (Canberra, Goulburn, Yass, Cooma & surrounds)
Specialist equipment provided, plus hands-on training and ongoing skill development

What You'll Bring:
Experience & Technical Skills:




Experience in property, architecture, or lifestyle photography — professional or strong hobbyist background considered
Solid understanding of digital photographic production processes, from capture through to final delivery
Comfort with (or eagerness to learn) drone operation and video production — this role has a genuine growth path into these skills, so we're as interested in your trajectory as your current toolkit
An eye for composition, light, and staging that makes a property genuinely stand out in a crowded market
On the Ground:
Reliable car and valid driver's licence (essential — regular travel across Canberra, Goulburn, Yass, and Cooma)
Own iPhone 12 Pro or above
Comfortable managing a full daily job schedule and moving efficiently between multiple properties
How You Work:
Meticulous attention to detail — the kind that notices a stray bin in frame or a light left on
Outstanding communication skills and a skilled, friendly manner with agents, vendors, and homeowners on-site
Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve in the moment, since every property and every client is different
A genuine team player who thrives in a small, close-knit studio rather than working in isolation
Self-motivated and reliable — you'll be trusted to represent Patorama independently in office, often as the only person a client interacts with that day
