DPV Health in Melbourne's northern region is seeking Victims Assistance Support Workers to provide intake, assessment, psycho-education and referrals to clients, with warm referrals where appropriate.
You will support clients to develop recovery plans, deliver trauma-informed brief interventions and intensive case management, and work with Victoria Police, The Orange Door and other agencies to coordinate care while maintaining confidential records.
