What you'll be doing
Be the friendly and skilled first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Manage customer enquiries from initial contact through to resolution
Process and coordinate customer orders accurately and efficiently
Investigate issues, find solutions and keep customers informed along the way
Respond to product, service, availability and delivery enquiries
Liaise with Purchasing and Supply teams regarding backorders and product availability
Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to deliver great customer outcomes
Follow up on quotations, samples,



orders and customer requests
Build genuine, long-term relationships with customers
Keep customer records and system information accurate and up to date
Identify ways to improve the customer experience and internal processes
Support the wider team with reporting and administration as required
What we're looking for
You don't need to have every box ticked. What matters most is your attitude, communication style and willingness to take ownership.
2+ years' customer service experience
Experience managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A natural ability to listen, understand and find solutions
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experience processing orders or coordinating customer requirements
Confidence working with different internal teams and stakeholders
CRM and/or ERP experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Dynamics 365 experience is highly regarded
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, packaging, healthcare, FMCG or a similar environment will be advantageous.
