This role will focus on driving reliability improvements acrossnon-production environments and helping move teams away from reactive issuehandling.
The person will work across platform and delivery teams toidentify recurring instability, prioritise improvements, coordinate fixes,and help establish stronger operational practices across shared environments.




The role is expected to bring strong technical leadership acrossDevOps, environments, CI/CD, and operational reliability, with a strong focuson making observability actionable through Dynatrace and related tooling.
Key areas:
Non-prod reliability and stability improvements
Coordination of recurring issues and platform uplift activities
CI/CD and deployment reliability
Workplace governance and operational improvements
Dynatrace-driven observability and reliability practices
