A Contracts Administrator is sought by an established Commercial Fit Contractor in Inner Sydney, to work on commercial office, education, and government fit out and refurbishment projects in the $5 - 20 million range.

Working for an established commercial fit out contractor, trading for 30 years
Working under a PM with projects ranging from $5 million - 20 million on average, but the opportunity to work on projects in the $******* million available with career progression
Initial project will be a $10 million commercial fit out
$100k to $120k package

You Will Have:
A Construction Management Degree or similar
2 years minimum previous project coordination or contracts administration experience with a Principal Commercial Contractor in Sydney is essential
Experience with procurement, letting contracts, claims, variations, final accounts, sub contractor payments
Procore experience is essential
A steady career history and proven CA background required
