The Role
A excellent opportunity to join a highly successful and vibrant small business in the mobility and assisted living sector. This role comes with a high level of personal satisfaction helping our customers improve their lifestyle and wellbeing.
Taking inbound calls and talking to clients about our mobility products.
Making outbound follow up calls to customers.
Scheduling appointment times for our Mobility Consultants
Inputting information into our CRM system.
Some administration duties as required.
Full training provided.
About You




Previous appointment setting, sales support, inbound and outbound sales experience.
Clear communication skills including the ability to quickly build rapport on the phone.
Able to be patient when handling customer needs.
Experience using a CRM system is highly regarded.
A positive
"will-do"
attitude with the ability to work as part of a small team.
