This is a permanent full time position commencing September ****.
The Campaigns and Projects team are the campaign strategists, and creative and implementation experts within Communications. The team provides high level corporate communications, public relations and marketing strategies and services for the Department, including:
planning and delivering communication projects, products, campaigns and events
brand management
campaign, advertising policy and events advice
high level public relations and marketing advice to schools.
The Campaigns and Projects team work collaboratively across the entire Department in the delivery of projects, campaigns and events to deliver outcomes that align with the Department's strategic directions.
The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced marketing communications professional to coordinate communication projects, events and initiatives and to build strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
In this role, the successful applicant will develop and contribute to communication plans, including their planning, development, implementation, and evaluation.
The successful applicant will ideally have experience managing small projects or contributing to larger projects and events. They will demonstrate initiative and strategic thinking, along with strong time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively, contribute to team outcomes, and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
