BlueCare community nursing role based in Ayr or Charters Towers. You will provide person-centred care in the community, ensuring safety and applying clinical skills to improve quality of life through planned visits and care planning.
The position requires unrestricted AHPRA registration, post‐registration nursing experience, and a current Australian driver's license. You will travel to clients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a Not‐for‐Profit setting.
