The Opportunity
Due to a strong pipeline of secured work, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced
Contract Administrator
to join the team with several upcoming large projects in the pipeline.
This is a key commercial role where you'll be working on technically complex builds, including large-scale logistics, warehousing and industrial facilities.
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Managing subcontractor procurement, tendering and letting of trade packages
Administering contracts, variations, RFIs and progress claims
Supporting cost reporting, forecasting and commercial tracking across the project lifecycle
Reviewing drawings,



specifications and scopes to ensure contractual clarity
Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal delivery teams
Identifying commercial risks and supporting value engineering initiatives
Assisting with project close-out and final account processes
About You
Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
3–6+ years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial or industrial construction
Experience on industrial, logistics or large-format projects highly regarded
Strong understanding of contracts, procurement and cost control
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident communicator with the ability to work closely with site and project teams

Salary package up to $180,000 + Super, depending on experience
