Townsville Hospital and Health Service is seeking an Emergency Department Ambassador to provide person-centred support within the Townsville University Hospital Emergency Department. You will engage with patients, carers and visitors to enhance their experience and maintain a protected clinical environment.
Working with the multidisciplinary team, you will monitor individuals, provide support and escalate clinical or security concerns as required.
