The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced
Business Consultant
to grow our presence across
Greater Sydney
. This role is
sales + education + relationship building
and you'll be helping clinics grow their business, using our portfolio of leading European and Australian brands, and all the while earning uncapped commissions and incentives.
What You'll Be Doing
Own and grow a Sydney territory across
skin clinics, derms, doctors & injectors
Drive revenue across
injectables + skincare + professional retail.




Build deep relationships through a
client-first, long-term approach.
Run a
structured 4 and 8 week call cycle
(with real follow-up and in-clinic value).
Prospect smartly:
new accounts, referrals, lead gen, reactivation.
Support clinics with
education, product training, launches, events & workshops.
Represent CXCosmetics at
industry events and training days.
You'll Be a Fit If You...
Have
3+ years
in professional skin care / aesthetics / injectables / clinic sales.
Can confidently build relationships, educate and sell to our clinic partners.
Are organised, self-driven and love owning a territory like it's your own business.
Are confident with CRM systems, building pipeline and thinking about tomorrow while delivering today.
Have a
driver's licence
and enjoy being on the road (this is not a desk job).
