Glencore Mount Isa Mines is seeking an experienced Supervisor - Smelter Operations to lead a nine-person crew in the Sinter Plant. You will plan and control shift operations to optimise people, plant and resources, while driving secure production and high standards.
You don't need prior Sinter Plant experience; Glencore welcomes supervisors from mining, mineral processing, manufacturing or heavy industry with fixed plant exposure and strong mechanical aptitude.
