Optec Group is seeking an Operations Lead to own and optimise workforce and business operations. The role covers onboarding, mobilisation, compliance, contractor management, safety administration and payroll coordination.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the Managing Director and attend the Brisbane office as required while working remotely with senior stakeholders across Australia. You will drive system improvements, develop SOPs and ensure our workforce is onboarded, compliant,
