Monadelphous are seeking an experienced Senior SMP Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team until mid-****, based in the Brisbane office until December then on site in Papua New Guinea on a FIFO 4:4 roster.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, this position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising daily activities of work crews; ensuring compliance with internal, client, and legislative HSE requirements; and ensuring that the quality, production, and environmental requirements of the project are met.
What you will bring
Australian recognised Mechanical or Fabrication Trade Certificate
Demonstrable experience working as a Senior SMP Supervisor / Superintendent within the resources sector
Experience working against Level 3/4 schedules; understanding of critical-path activities; coordinate short-term look-ahead plans and removing field constraints
Experience providing accurate daily progress, manpower and equipment updates, productivity reporting, delays notifications and key activity updates
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a national workforce in the field
Strong attention to detail and demonstrable experience achieving tight deadlines




Proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment
Proof of right to work in Australia and a valid passport
Experience working in PNG or remote locations (highly regarded)
