We are seeking a reliable and experienced Process Operator to join our clients production team. This is a casual opportunity offering consistent Monday to Friday work, weekly pay with opportunity to lead to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently
Monitor production processes and product quality
Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting
Carry out manual handling tasks as required
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets
Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:




Essential:
Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment
Highly desirable:
Experience within the steel manufacturing or metal processing industry
A strong commitment to workplace safety
The ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Good attention to detail and a reliable work ethic
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
The physical capability to perform manual handling and repetitive tasks throughout your shift
Pre-Employment Requirements
The successful applicant will be required to:
Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
Be physically fit to perform the inherent requirements of the role
