is looking for a motivated
Roofing Labourer
to join our team. We service areas from
Hervey Bay to the Sunshine Coast
, working on residential homes and sheds.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and learning a skilled trade.
No experience is necessary
– we are happy to train the right person.
About the Role
You will be assisting the leading hand in all aspects of roof removal and installation.
Duties include:
Laying Colorbond metal roof sheeting
Carrying and positioning sheet metal
Screwing off roofing sheets
Cleaning and maintaining job sites
Assisting with removing and reinstalling roofs on homes and sheds
Requirements
Driver's licence
Must have reliable transport
Must be willing to travel for work
White Card (or willing to obtain before starting)
Physically fit and able to handle manual outdoor work
Reliable, willing to learn and keen to progress through the levels.
Starting salary:
$70,000 per annum
Work at different locations from day to day
Prospect to learn roofing skills in a supportive family business
Two weeks off at Christmas time.
