Lotus Commercial is looking for a hands-on Service Supervisor to lead our overnight service technicians across Sydney. This full-time role is perfect for someone with cleaning or service supervision experience, strong attention to detail, and a proven safety record.
About the Role - Service Supervisor (Night Shift)
As the Service Supervisor, you will oversee all night-shift technicians delivering:
Commercial kitchen exhaust and canopy cleaning
Air conditioning filter servicing
You'll work across restaurants,



pubs, quick food outlets, hotels, and corporate kitchens, managing people, quality, safety, and workflow to ensure every job is completed to standard.
