Community Partnerships & Enrolments Growth Manager
HazelGrove Early Education Centre – Rhodes NSW
Hazelgrove is a growing group of premium early learning centres committed to providing exceptional education, care and experiences for children and families.
We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Enrolments & Community Partnerships Manager to generate family enquiries, strengthen our community presence and support occupancy growth across our three centres.
Based primarily at Rhodes, this position will involve regular travel to our centres and surrounding areas. We are open to discussing either a part time arrangement—ideally three days per week—or full-time employment, depending on the experience and availability of the successful candidate.
About the role
This is a hands‐on business development and relationship‐building role focused on attracting qualified family enquiries through community engagement, local partnerships, employer relationships, events, referral programs, local‐area marketing and other effective, brand‐aligned initiatives.
You will work closely with the Approved Provider, Operations Manager and our established Enrolment Officer. The Enrolment Officer manages enrolment administration, coordinates centre tours and serves as each family's primary contact throughout the enrolment process.
Your focus will be on creating opportunities, building relationships and generating qualified leads that can be supported through the enrolment journey.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement lead‐generation strategies tailored to each Hazelgrove centre.
Build and maintain partnerships with local employers, schools, healthcare providers, residential communities, retailers and family‐focused organisations.
Identify new partnership,
referral and promotional opportunities within each centre's local community.
Plan and coordinate open days, community events, referral campaigns and local‐area marketing activities.
Generate qualified family enquiries and ensure lead information is complete and accurately recorded.
Work alongside the Approved Provider, Operations Manager and Enrolment Officer to monitor leads and support timely follow‐up.
Identify opportunities to increase occupancy across specific centres, rooms, age groups and days of the week.
Develop brand‐aligned promotional initiatives that strengthen Hazelgrove's presence within local communities.
Maintain positive relationships with prospective families, referral partners and community stakeholders.
Track enquiry sources, centre tours, enrolments, campaign performance and return on investment.
Analyse results and recommend improvements to lead‐generation and community‐engagement activities.
Provide regular reports on activity, outcomes and occupancy‐growth opportunities.
Represent Hazelgrove professionally at community events, networking opportunities and partnership meetings.
About you
You are an energetic and confident relationship builder who enjoys creating opportunities, developing partnerships and achieving measurable results. You are comfortable working independently, taking initiative and collaborating with operational and enrolment teams.
Ideally, you will have:
Experience in business development, partnerships,
sales, admissions, leasing, marketing or customer acquisition.
A demonstrated ability to generate qualified leads and contribute to measurable growth.
Excellent communication, networking and relationship‐building skills.
Confidence approaching businesses, community organisations and prospective partners.
Strong initiative, resilience and follow‐up discipline.
Sound commercial judgement and excellent organisational skills.
The ability to manage multiple initiatives across different locations.
Experience using CRM systems, spreadsheets or performance reports.
A current Australian driver licence and the ability to travel between centres.
A current Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
Experience in early childhood education or childcare will be highly regarded but is not essential.
Why join Hazelgrove?
Take ownership of a key growth role within an expanding early learning group.
Make a direct and measurable contribution to centre occupancy and growth.
Build and shape Hazelgrove's community partnership network.
Work closely with the Approved Provider, Operations Manager, Enrolment Officer and centre leadership teams.
Enjoy the variety of a role that combines business development, marketing, events and community engagement.
Discuss a flexible part-time or full-time arrangement based on your experience and availability.
Access opportunities for professional growth as Hazelgrove continues to expand.
Location and travel
The role will be based primarily at our Rhodes location and will involve regular travel between Hazelgrove's three centres and their surrounding communities. A current driver licence and reliable access to transport are required.
