CoreStaff is currently seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join a well established manufacturing business in Adelaide.
This is a temporary full time role for approximately three months, providing maternity leave cover. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will support inventory control, purchasing, forecasting and stock reconciliation across a busy production setting.
This role commences in October ****.
About the Role:
Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock movements are processed correctly
Raising, reviewing and updating purchase orders and goods received information
Analysing forecasts, stock trends and demand requirements
Monitoring stock levels and coordinating replenishment requirements
Liaising with transport providers to ensure goods are received on time
recommendations
About You:
Previous experience in inventory control, purchasing, accounts or supply chain
Experience within a manufacturing, production or construction environment




Intermediate Excel skills
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
Experience with stocktakes, reconciliations and inventory reporting
Previous team leader or coordinator experience
Certificate IV in Logistics, Supply Chain or Purchasing would be highly regarded
