Hospoworld Resourcing in Sydney's Mount Saint Thomas area is seeking a Head Sommelier to lead the wine experience and own the day-to-day wine program on the floor. You'll report to the Group Sommelier and help shape the wine list and wine-by-the-glass offering.
This hands-on role involves four days on the floor with one admin day, plus direct mentorship from a Group Sommelier and the chance to step into a Head Sommelier title as the venue grows its identity.
