Business Development Specialist - Signage (School Signs) - North Brisbane
Signpac - a division of GJI Group - is a leading national signage provider, specialising in the education sector.
We are currently seeking a confident, motivated and proactive Business Development Specialist to join the team and expand the School Signs brand throughout North Brisbane.
The Role
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and securing new business opportunities and long term client relationships.
Your school stakeholders can include Principals, Heads of Departments, Business Managers and Administration staff, providing advice and guidance and ensuring all client needs are delivered to expectation.
This is an autonomous, on-the-road role managing your own territory across North Brisbane, with flexibility to manage your schedule.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the North Brisbane education sector
Build and maintain long term relationships with school stakeholders
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
Provide consultative advice on signage solutions tailored to client needs
Maintain accurate records of pipeline and client activity
What You Bring
Proven sales experience and success, ideally in signage, education, or LED lighting/electrical industries
Outstanding stakeholder management with the ability to quickly form genuine connections, identify, negotiate and close business deals




High level of comfort in consultative sales, face to face meetings and client management
Solid commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and articulate value propositions
A proactive, solution-driven attitude and a hunger to win
Customer-first mindset and strong collaboration skills
Driven to hit achievable KPIs and revenue targets
Signage or education background highly desirable
What's on Offer
$80k - $110k + super + commission (OTE $190k)
Full-time permanent role

Requirements
Local and interstate travel when required - must have your own vehicle
