City of Canterbury Bankstown is seeking a Crew Leader to join the Parks Unit and lead a small team in maintaining and improving Council's parks, gardens, and landscaped areas. The role is permanent full-time and offers an prospect to work within a Four-Day Work Week Pilot.
Applicants should have horticulture/landscape qualifications, relevant certificates, a current Class C licence, and experience in garden maintenance and team leadership. Salary starts at $80,351 plus AWACA and 12% super.
