Join Medibank's Payment Integrity team as an Ancillary Claims Auditor, where you'll play a key role in identifying, investigating and preventing inappropriate claiming activity, benefit leakage, fraud, waste and error across our ancillary health claims.
Using data,analyticsand emerging AI-enabled tools,you'llconduct member and provider audits, uncover trends and risks, and deliver insights that strengthen controls and improve payment integrity outcomes.You'llmanage cases end-to-end, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to innovative solutions that help safeguard the health fund and its members.
Whatyou'llbring:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience working with data, reporting tools and technology-driven solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
Ability to identify patterns, trends and systemic issues
A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement and prevention
Relevant tertiary qualifications, with research experience highly regarded
