Soaring Health is a multidisciplinary allied health care centre with 6 clinics throughout Melbourne. Our clinics offer a range of onsite, remote, and in-home services to clients receiving Positive Behaviour Support, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Psychology, Physiotherapy, Chiropractic, Dietetics and Allied Health care services. Our dedicated team is passionate about enriching lives and helping our clients achieve optimal quality of life through multidisciplinary and best practice evidence-based approaches to intervention. We are open from 8AM to 6PM Monday to Friday & 8AM to 6PM on Saturday

Qualifications
Full work rights in Australia
Preferred registered psychologist
Preferred proficient level PBSP
Working with Children Check
Victorian Police Check
Australian driver's license and car
Experience in your field
Evidence of completed NDIS orientation modules
Provide therapeutic sessions to referred clients using evidence-based interventions
Develop tailored treatment plans for referred clients using prior knowledge and research skills
Conduct functional behaviour assessments (FBAs) across home, school, and community environments.
Undertake formulations for motivators of behaviours of concern.
Liaise with external stakeholders.
Develop and implement Comprehensive Positive Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs) in line with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.
Work collaboratively with clients, families, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Collect and analyse behavioural data.
Provide staff training.
Develop training resources.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and evidence-based practice.
If you hold clinical endorsement, you will also be responsible for:
Managing a caseload weighted toward the more complex presentations
Providing clinical supervision to provisional psychologists and less experienced clinicians
Contributing to complex case reviews across the multidisciplinary team
Participating in MDT training and workshops
Supporting the development of assessment and treatment pathways
