Fleetwood is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Estimator to join our team at our Perth Airport facility in High Wycombe.
In this role, you'll be responsible for developing accurate and competitive pricing for site works, transport and installation packages across a variety of modular construction projects.
Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll help deliver well-costed, commercially sound solutions that support successful project outcomes from tender through to handover.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong construction estimating background who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders, solving problems and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing
Review tender documentation, specifications and drawings to prepare accurate estimates and bills of quantitiesPrice site works, transport and installation packages for modular building projectsPrepare RFQs, scopes of work and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotationsComplete first-principles estimating and identify opportunities to optimise project costsAssess project risks, scope changes and cost impacts throughout the estimating processCollaborate with internal teams including Design, Sales, Projects and Manufacturing to ensure pricing accuracyPrepare cost reports, estimate submissions and supporting documentation for tender reviewsMaintain accurate estimating records and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesParticipate in peer reviews and ensure compliance with Fleetwood's estimating and document control processes

About You
Previous estimating experience within construction, civil works,



building services or modular constructionStrong understanding of site construction methodologies, sequencing and project delivery processesThe ability to interpret architectural, engineering and construction drawingsKnowledge of transport requirements and Australian transport compliance standardsExperience using estimating software such as CostX or similar platformsAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsStrong analytical, problem-solving and commercial acumenExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA high level of organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesA relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience)
