4WD Supacentre is seeking a friendly Reception Team Member to be the first point of contact for customers in our Australian contact centre. You'll deliver warm, qualified service on every call, handle basic enquiries and connect customers with the right team when needed.
You'll support accurate handovers, contribute to KPI targets and stay up-to-date with current promotions while helping to promote sales opportunities.
