Support the implementation of the Barwon Health Smart Pumps Drug Libraries for Colac Area HealthFoster a culture of secure and quality use of medicines across Barwon Health by supporting medication management systemsTemporary part-time opportunity (64 hours per fortnight) Parental LeaveAbout the roleAn exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced pharmacist to lead Barwon Health's medicines strategy and formulary management.
Working closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders, you will oversee the organisation's medication formulary, support the Medicines and Therapeutics Committee, and provide expert advice to ensure the safe, effective and cost-efficient use of medicines.
