A.B. Paterson College is pleased to offer an opportunity for a current member of our College community to step into the role of Acting Assistant Head of Faculty – Health and Physical Education.
This is a full-time temporary leadership opportunity commencing end of Term 3, **** and concluding at the end of Term 2, ****.In this role, you will support the leadership and strategic direction of the HPE Faculty while continuing to deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned learning experiences that inspire students to achieve their personal best.

The ability to build strong relationships, mentor colleagues, and contribute positively to faculty initiatives will be highly regarded.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the leadership and strategic direction of the Health and Physical Education Faculty.Assist the Head of Faculty in the implementation of curriculum, assessment, and reporting practices across the HPE Faculty.Model and promote excellence in teaching and learning through contemporary and evidence-informed practice.Mentor and support colleagues to foster collaboration, professional growth, and continuous improvement.Contribute to faculty planning, review processes, and the achievement of College and faculty goals.Maintain positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, promoting a culture of respect, inclusion,
