commercially minded and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.Someone who wants to leave their mark.The OpportunityAs our Aesthetic Marketing Specialist, you'll take ownership of marketing across a portfolio of world-leading aesthetic technologies.Working closely with our leadership, sales and clinical teams, you'll develop campaigns that educate, inspire and generate demand throughout Australia and New Zealand.Your role will include:Developing and executing brand and demand generation strategiesPlanning and delivering integrated marketing campaignsManaging and optimising the Device Consulting websiteCoordinating SEO, SEM and digital marketing activities with external agenciesPlanning and delivering workshops, conferences, webinars and customer eventsManaging social media strategy and content across multiple platformsDesigning EDMs, brochures, presentations and promotional materialCreating engaging written, video and visual contentBuilding relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and supporting clinical education initiativesSupporting new product launches and market development activitiesMeasuring campaign performance and continually improving resultsWhat We're Looking ForThis isn't an entry-level marketing position.To be successful, you'll bring creativity,



initiative and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing experiences.5+ years' marketing experienceExperience managing integrated marketing campaignsStrong digital marketing knowledge, including SEO and SEMSocial media planning and content creation experienceExcellent copywriting and communication skillsStrong project management and organisational skillsGraphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similarExperience coordinating events, workshops or conferencesA proactive, self-driven approach with exceptional attention to detailHighly RegardedExperience within aesthetics, dermatology, medical devices or healthcareExperience working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)Photography and video editing skillsExperience with Mailchimp, CRM platforms and Google AnalyticsUnderstanding of AHPRA and TGA marketing guidelinesWhat's In It For You?
