You will lead platform governance, roadmap delivery and lifecycle management to maximise the value of our technology investment and support exceptional technology outcomes.Own the ServiceNow platform portfolio, including ITSM, ITOM and related modulesManage roadmap delivery, upgrades, releases and platform lifecycle activitiesLead governance, delivery planning, capacity management and release executionDrive automation, innovation and continual improvement across the platformManage vendor, licensing and implementation partner relationshipsMonitor platform health, risk, technical debt and operational performanceAbout youYou bring deep ServiceNow expertise and a strong understanding of contemporary technology delivery practices.
You thrive in complex environments, balancing strategic priorities with operational excellence while building effective relationships across technical,
