If you have solid building services experience and want to step into a leadership role, without being thrown in the deep end, this is your next move.You will be the go-to person for project status, client liaison, and technical direction, working closely with our Operations Manager to keep projects tracking on time, on budget,



and to a high standard.Key ResponsibilitiesActing as the key point of contact for project status updatesAttending start-up meetings and coordination catch-ups for current projectsBeing the client liaison for Hydraulic projectsDelegating work across the team (with support from the Ops Manager)Troubleshooting technical issues: construction methodology, Australian Standards, and moreRunning QA checks on drawings before they go to clientsMentoring and supporting junior staffWhat you won't be doingYou are not expected to run every project solo, attend every meeting, answer every question, or fix every issue single-handedly.
