This is more than a job — it's a pathway to career growth with hands‐on work, the latest mining technology and a team that will help you progress.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate, maintain and troubleshoot underground longwall and associated equipmentPerform planned and breakdown maintenance to high quality and safety standardsFollow and contribute to safe work systems, including isolation and lock-out proceduresWork collaboratively with engineers, supervisors and operators to optimise production and reliabilitySupport continuous improvement, training and mentoring of less experienced crewConduct effective maintenance practices and carry out fault finding and diagnostics on complex systems including:automated longwall systemssurface and underground conveyorsYou'll succeed if you haveYou'll succeed if you haveUnderground coal experience (desirable)Experience with heavy mobile equipment,
