At Anglicare Southern Queensland, our Allied Health team plays a vital role in supporting people to live well in their communities.
As an Allied Health Lead – Advanced Practice, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred services while contributing to a cooperative and forward-thinking Allied Health program.This is a senior clinical role suited to an experienced practitioner who brings both depth and breadth of expertise.
You'll provide advanced clinical leadership, support best-practice service delivery, and work closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve meaningful outcomes for clients.Ideally looking for someone with Occupational Therapy experience and qualifications.About YouYou are an experienced and confident clinician who thrives in a community setting and enjoys working both autonomously and as part of a team.
You bring a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to complex situations and are passionate about delivering high-quality care.You will demonstrate:Advanced clinical expertise within your area of practice, ideally in a community-based settingStrong clinical judgement and the ability to manage complex or non-routine cases independentlyA collaborative mindset, with experience working in multidisciplinary teams and engaging diverse stakeholdersExcellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and negotiate effectivelyWell-developed organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environmentBachelor's degree (or higher)



in a relevant Allied Health disciplineCurrent registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or other relevant professional bodyMinimum 5 years' professional experience in your area of practiceEvidence of continued professional development beyond your initial qualificationCurrent, unrestricted Queensland Driver LicencePostgraduate qualifications relevant to your disciplineWhy You'll Love Anglicare:At Anglicare, we value our people and invest in their wellbeing and growth.
