We have a diverse range of clients with a wide range of systems which keeps this role challenging yet rewarding.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate commercial refrigeration technicians and subcontractors.Assist developing a strong commercial team to deliver exceptional service to our customers / new potential customers.Conduct site inspections and prepare scope of works, assessing labour, materials and equipment across commercial projects.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers.Quoting, job planning, and resource managementComplete jobs and service reportsComplete and maintain documentation, SWMS and compliance recordsWe will provide the successful applicant with:Company vehicleUniform, laptopGreat working culture & team environmentCompetitive Industry WageApplicants must have:Trade qualification in Refrigeration and Air ConditioningAustralian Driver's LicenseCurrent NSW Fair Trading Contractor or Supervisor LicenceWhite CardAvailable to work overtime and on call rosterMust be an Australian citizen, permanent residentExperience in commercial or light industrial refrigeration systemsExcellent diagnostic skillsCan work well individually & in a team environmentCan understand and work to all WHS & safety requirementsStrong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, including supermarkets, cold rooms, and industrial refrigeration equipment.Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
