This is a full time position where you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of the business, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring our hydraulics operation meets and exceeds performance targets.
You will be responsible for setting strategic direction, leading the team, and maintaining our commitment to service excellence and profitability – with a real opportunity to make a tangible impact in a growing sector.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading, mentoring and developing a high-performing team to meet operational objectives and KPIsDriving sales growth and achieving financial targets whilst maintaining profitability and cost controlManaging customer relationships and ensuring consistently high standards of service deliveryOverseeing inventory, resource allocation, budgets and forecastingEnsuring health,
