You will lead the delivery team, coordinate schedules, ensure high-quality workmanship, and maintain solid relationships with clients.




This role is hands-on and suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys driving projects to successful completion.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support roofing crews across multiple project sitesConduct WHS checks, risk assessments, and site auditsLiaise with clients, builders, and suppliers to ensure smooth project deliveryProvide technical guidance and problem-solving for onsite issuesMonitor job quality, variations, and performance metricsUphold strong safety culture and compliance with company standardsPrepare operational reports and maintain project documentationEssential RequirementsPrevious experience in metal roofing.Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and repair methods.Ability to diagnose roof issues and implement practical repair solutions.Competence in working safely at heights and using fall protection equipment.Current driver's licence.White Card (Construction Induction).
You must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights and operating in varied weather conditions.
