UKG Pro WFM Administrator
Full-Time (35hpw) Temporary to 30 Sept ****
Salary Range $105,986 – $124,957 pa + super
Parramatta or Sydney CBD location with hybrid working (1-2 office days)
About the team The Technology Services & Platform team is a collaborative and forward-looking group focused on delivering secure, scalable, high-performing digital platforms.
About the role You will play a pivotal role in stabilising operations, streamlining processes, strengthening governance, and enhancing the overall user experience, directly supporting DCS's vision of delivering trusted, customer-focused digital services.
Key responsibilities:
Monitoring system performance and ensuring platform availability
Managing user access, onboarding, and role-based permissions
Troubleshooting incidents and resolving platform issues
Liaising with the UKG vendor on updates, defects, and enhancements
Testing and implementing system updates and changes
Conducting security checks and ensuring compliance




Maintaining documentation and reporting on system performance
Identifying opportunities for automation and process improvement
We are seeking someone who is team-oriented, adaptable, and detail-oriented, who demonstrates:
Hands‐on experience with UKG Pro
Strong system administration and troubleshooting skills
Experience managing vendor relationships and updates
Knowledge of cloud platforms and security best practices
Ability to proactively manage incidents and prioritise effectively
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience with automation and process optimisation
Ability to work within a fast‐paced environment
Commitment to occasional out‐of‐hours work during system updates or incidents
