We are actively seeking
two
experienced fast-paced retail managers for our Corporate Stores in
Carrara North & Carrara South, QLD.
You must have
full-time Australian work rights
to be considered for this role
Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:
Delight your customers with service and maintain store standards
Recruit, coach and develop your own store team
Contribute to a safe and positive store environment
Drive store success with KPIs, targets and financial performance

$77,030 base salary + 12% Super + 15% Bonus eligibility

The right candidate will have:
Previous rapid-paced management experience
Passion and excitement for customer service




Fast-paced leadership experience and willing to get your hands dirty!
Enthusiasm and ability to coach and motivate your team to succeed in an ever-changing environment
Solid communication and influencing skills
