NET Engineer ready to take the next step into leadership, with the chance to lead a small engineering team while still staying close to the technology.You'll work across both the existing product environment and new product development, helping the team maintain a stable, secure platform while also introducing new ideas and capabilities.Key responsibilitiesLead, mentor and support a team of software engineers.Remain hands-on across development, architecture and technical delivery.Help shape engineering standards, processes and best practices.Work across both BAU product development and new initiatives.Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and accelerate delivery.Work closely with product and senior leadership on technical direction.Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable and fit for purpose.What we're looking for:Strong commercial experience with .
