Your focus will be improving assessment quality, supporting sound decision-making, and ensuring claims are managed in line with policy terms, delegated authorities, and TAL frameworks.
You'll play a key role in building technical capability across the team, driving consistent outcomes and best-practice claims management.In this role you will:Ensure claims are managed in line with TAL policies and industry best practiceAct as the technical SME, reviewing and authorising complex and adverse claim decisionsCoach Claims Consultants to improve assessment quality, communication and outcomesSupport managers with fund reporting,
