Location:
Narrandera, NSW

Roster:
9-day fortnight
Start:
ASAP, pending checks
Assignment:
2 months (until 30 October ****)
Key Responsibilities:
Road pavement and pothole repairs
Guardrail installation and maintenance
Installation and maintenance of signs and guide posts
Traffic control duties
Rubbish collection and roadside clean-up
Responding to road maintenance call-outs
General road maintenance and repair activities
Using a range of hand tools, power tools and machinery
Assisting more experienced Road Workers, tradespeople and machinery operators




Performing routine and repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently
Working as part of a team to complete daily maintenance activities
About You:
Reliable, hardworking and safety-focused
Comfortable working outdoors in a physical role
Able to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
Practical and hands-on with a willingness to learn
Committed to maintaining safe work practices
Previous road maintenance or civil construction experience is highly regarded
Tickets & Licences Required
White Card
WOF – Workers on Foot
Current Australian Car Licence
MR Licence desirable
Traffic Control (TC) ticket – or willing to obtain
Police Check required
