Catalpa is offering experienced Riggers the opportunity to transition into Transmission Line Construction.If you've got solid rigging experience, we'll provide the additional training, mentoring and on-the-job development to help you become an Electrical Lineworker specialising in transmission tower assembly and erection.With large-scale transmission projects secured across regional Current South Wales and more work on the horizon, there's never been a better time to join the industry.What You'll Be DoingWorking alongside experienced crews, you'll receive training while contributing to major transmission projects, including:Tower assembly and pre-assemblyTransmission tower erectionStructural steel installationHeavy lifting and complex rigging operationsWorking with cranes and specialised equipmentStringing activities (training provided where required)Working safely at heights within experienced construction teamsWho We're Looking ForWe're keen to hear from experienced riggers who are looking to develop their careers.Ideally, you'll have:Basic,
