Within Caudex Hospitality, you'll be joining a lean team where your work drives real outcomes, and you're encouraged to bring recent ideas.What you'll be doingDriving lead generation campaigns across paid, organic, and partner channelsRunning and optimising digital campaigns across paid search, SEO, SEM, and AEO/GEO,



using AI tools to speed up execution and reporting where it helpsManaging CRM workflows in HubSpot, including automation, lead nurturing, and pipeline supportBuilding customer communications that support upsell, cross-sell, and retentionOwning social media, content calendar, blog, email campaigns, and website contentRunning events and trade shows end to end, from collateral through to follow-up campaignsSupporting partner and co-marketing activity, and contributing to PR and award submissionsWhat we're looking for3 to 5 years in a marketing role, with the ability to execute independentlyStrong digital marketing skills across paid search, SEO/SEM, and contentHubSpot experience or equivalent CRM/marketing automation platformComfortable working to lead generation targets, not just campaign outputsB2B marketing experience preferred; hospitality or SaaS background a bonusStrong written communication and the ability to juggle multiple workstreamsWhat we offerOpportunity to develop your skills and scope as the function maturesReal ownership of marketing execution within a growing hospitality tech portfolioA commercially minded team that's open to new ideas and better ways of workingExposure to a global software group, beyond Caudex HospitalityBrand new building and fitout in Cremorne, near Richmond Station
