Due to continued growth, an exciting chance exists for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in the coordination and delivery of projects from planning through to construction.Reporting directly to a Senior Project Manager, this position is ideally suited to someone with an architectural background who is looking to broaden their exposure beyond design and gain experience across the full development and construction lifecycle.The RoleAs Assistant Project Manager, you will work closely with project teams, consultants, councils and contractors to ensure projects are effectively coordinated, documented and delivered on time.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating planning approvals, building permits and regulatory requirementsManaging project documentation and maintaining project recordsAssisting with contract administration and consultant coordinationSupporting project scheduling, workflow management and milestone trackingPreparing specifications,
