The hospital is affiliated as a teaching hospital with Sydney and Macquarie Universities.Lady Davidson offers a friendly and supportive staff environment with a strong commitment to the provision of excellence in the delivery of care.
With 115 inpatient rehabilitation beds, the hospital, based in North Turramurra, has been designed to promote rehabilitation through our inpatient programs.Key Responsibilities:Providing evidenced based nursing care whilst liaising with our multi-disciplinary teamSupervising,



directing and guiding nursing team members; New graduates, Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Assistants in Nursing (AINs) to deliver patient careDelivering education and support to individuals/patients for the management of their health recovery, rehabilitation or end of life needsWorking collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to support patient care needsAct as a role model for safe practiceEnsuring patient and staff safetyAuthority to work in AustraliaCurrent AHPRA Registration(no restrictions)Rehab nursing experience (desired)Minimum 4 years nursing experienceCommitment to Quality Patient CareCompliance with ACQSHC National standardsEager to learn, grow and make a positive differenceSound clinical decision making and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsWork well both independently and within a teamDemonstrated time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelinesBasic computer skillsWhy Healthscope?
