peer support and professional development opportunities providedWellness leave, birthday leave and more leave optionsKey responsibilitiesConduct trauma-informed assessments & deliver a range of therapeutic interventions for children, adolescents & familiesConduct age-specific risk assessments, including assessment of self-harm, suicide risk & behavioural riskDeliver early intervention support for young people with emerging mental health concernsWork with & engage key stakeholders in care planning, therapy work & risk assessments when requiredCollaborate & liaise with schools, youth agencies, paediatric services & more to support integrated, coordinated careKey selection criteriaRelevant tertiary qualification in Nursing, Psychology or Social WorkCurrent registration with AHPRA as a Mental Health Nurse or PsychologistCurrent registration with AASW as a Mental Health Accredited Social WorkerDemonstrated experience working within the mental health sector, delivering therapeutic interventions & assessments for children and/or adolescentsExperience working collaboratively with families, caregivers, schools, child protection etc.
