This role is responsible for delivering safe, profitable and high-quality joinery projects from concept through to installation, handover and final completion.The RoleYou will oversee multiple joinery projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing client relationships,



subcontractors and internal stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple joinery installation projects simultaneouslyCoordinate labour resources and subcontractorsSet Project Plans and manage project programmes to client expectationsMonitor project budgets and financial performanceMaintain industry-leading quality and safety standardsLiaise with clients, builders, and key stakeholdersLead, mentor, and develop project teamsAbout YouDemonstrated joinery project management experienceStrong understanding of joinery manufacturing, installation processes and industry constraintsProven track record delivering commercial joinery projects ranging from $50K to $1M+Trade qualification in Engineering, Cabinet Making, Shopfitting, Carpentry, Machining or related construction disciplineStrong project financial management and reporting skillsExperience managing client expectations and project stakeholdersSound understanding of tendering, cost planning, and project deliveryProficiency with Innergy or similar softwareStrong leadership and communication skillsWhy Join Us?
