What you'll be doing
Every shift is an opportunity to improve someone's day. Working within residential aged care, you'll play an important role in supporting residents to live comfortably, safely and with dignity.
Your responsibilities may include:
Providing personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming and toileting assistance
Assisting residents with mobility, transfers and mealtime support
Building genuine relationships with residents through respectful, person-centred care
Monitoring resident wellbeing and reporting any changes to the nursing team
Maintaining a clean, secure and welcoming environment
Working collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and care teams to deliver exceptional outcomes

You'll be someone who genuinely enjoys caring for others and takes pride in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Ideally you'll have:
Previous experience working as a Personal Care Worker within aged care
A caring, professional and reliable approach
The ability to work confidently as part of a multidisciplinary team
