You may come from Technical Leadership or Crane Operating background, and you'll lead a small Engineering Team, working closely with Operations, Heavy Lifting and Customer Service to oversee outcomes.
Typical duties;Develop lift studies, rigging plans and engineered lifting methodologiesManage complex crane and heavy lifting projects from planning through executionReview drawings, load calculations and engineering documentationProvide technical leadership in risk assessment, lift planning and safety complianceAdvise clients on crane selection and engineered lifting solutionsLead, mentor and develop the Engineering teamSupport tendering, estimating and commercial pricing activitiesPartner with site teams to deliver safe, efficient project outcomesRespond to critical project issues with sound technical judgement and urgencyOther DetailsThis position is based on-site, in Adelaide and has a desirable career trajectory as the business continues to expand.




Relocation support may be available.About YouExtensive experience in Crane Hire, Heavy Lifting or Height Safety EngineeringProven expertise in critical lift studies, engineered lift plans and complex project deliveryStrong knowledge of Australian Standards, WHS legislation and engineering complianceDemonstrated leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder management skillsTertiary qualifications in Mechanical, Structural or Civil Engineering (or related discipline) with a current Australian Driver's LicenceWhat to do nowConfidential calls are welcome on ****** or alternatively, please submit your current resume via the application link.
